Changing layout

I'm in the process to change the layout a little. You probably have noticed already. The reason is that I want to add a side bar. There I'll place the links to pages about and for the projects I'm working on. One really big project is 'Het Vuur van Mondul', or 'The Fire of Mondul'. I am in the process of making a collaboration application for when I'm really going open with it. The purpose is to make it possible for others to participate in the making of the animation movie. I'll write about this soon.
paginating blog

I already had fixed something in my static-graphic portfolio, but now I've done the same for my blog: paginating entries. Now it shows the last 5 blog entries, and clicking next shows the next five. I still want to make a page for archiving, selection per year and per month. But that's for a bit later. I now have some other things to do first. I'm reading a lot about RSS-feeds now, and I'd love to implement this in my little system. Well, little, it starts to grow really big. Soon it will be time to take a break in develloping new things, and to start reviewing things.

I've done it, made the jump from drupal to my self-written system. No more thinking and worrying about modules that could be broken by updates/grades. No more learning yet another system, while php is a system on its own. Being in full control of what you do is not only a good thing, but it just feels good having achieved this.

In my portfolio/sound, I've added a temporary mp3-player to play the music I've been making and playing over the years.
I still have to modify the player, I can do that because it's open source. And now I know some actionscript, and flash, I really have the skills to do it too.

Now I've added another feature to my online web-application. Adding comments and critics is now possible for registered users. Reading comments is also limited to registered users. I've done this for security and privacy reasons.

I've been working on my login system. It now should work more secure. From now on, everyone that makes an account, recieves an email, with a link, to activate the account. It is very simple and basic, but it works. It should prevent bots, at least that's what I've been told.
